The authors present a prospective observational study evaluating the feasibility, safety, and efficacy of 5-fraction stereotactic MRI-guided adaptive radiotherapy (MRgRT) for the primary tumor in patients with metastatic pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (mPDAC). The study addresses a clinically relevant topic. The use of MR-guided adaptation represents a state-of-the-art technical approach to this problem.
