Figure 5 Detect the change in the percentage of apoptotic cells after 24 hours of treatment. The application of β-elemene in flow cytometry revealed a remarkable enhancement in apoptosis induction: A and B: TCCSUP cells exhibiting an increase by 1.8-fold (^aP < 0.05); C and D: HT-1376 cells experiencing an impressive surge of 80% (^aP < 0.05).
