For the mild compromise group, the median length of time in the pediatric intensive care unit was 17.6 h (IQR: 13-29), moderate compromise group for 26.5 h, with a (IQR: 17.3-39.4), and the severe compromise group for 35.6 h (IQR: 22.2-49.6) (P = 0.001).
