Figure 4 Mass, right psoas muscle core biopsy showing focal skeletal muscle involvement by atypical cells with hyperchromatic, mildly irregular nuclei, occasional inconspicuous nucleoli and clear abundant cytoplasm associated with a fine vascular network.
