A: DSA showed a large PsA arising from right profunda femoris artery with no distal flow, likely vascular transection with pseudoaneurysm of proximal end; B: As guidewire could not be negotiated across the pseudoaneurysm due to possible discontinuity, proximal coil embolization (arrow) was done.
