Angiogram showed a large pseudoaneurysm (arrow) arising from the proximal portion of anterior division of right internal iliac artery with no contrast opacification distally (except for a short stump); C, D: Subsequently, a covered stent graft (arrow) was placed in right external artery. Post procedural angiography showed preservation of flow across the right external iliac artery and branches of right internal iliac artery (curved arrow).
