Incorporating GSA-SPECT into CT-based dose-volume histograms for advanced hepatocellular carcinoma radiotherapy

Figure 4 Receiver-operating characteristic curve for the percentage of functional liver volume irradiated with ≥ 20 Gy (_FLV_20Gy). The optimal cutoff value for _FLV_20Gy was 20% for predicting radiation-induced liver disease or a deterioration in the Child-Pugh score of ≥ 1 point. At this cutoff value, sensitivity and specificity were 0.867 and 0.857, respectively. The area under the receiver-operating characteristic curve was 0.923 (P < 0.001).
