The relative protein expression of hypoxia-Inducible Factor 1-alpha, BCL2/adenovirus E1B 19 kDa interacting protein 3, Beclin1, microtubule-associated protein 1 light chain 3 II, sequestosome 1, cytochrome C oxidase subunit 4, hexokinase 2, and lactate dehydrogenase A was determined by western blot analysis. Data are presented as the mean ± SD from three independent animals per group. aP < 0.05, bP < 0.01 vs the normal group.
