Prognosis of metastatic splenic hilum lymph node in patients with gastric cancer after total gastrectomy and splenectomy

A logistic regression analysis was conducted for eight parameters (Age, Number of sites, Location, Depth, Ly, N, Number of N, and Stage) that had been found to be significant using the χ² test. A logistic regression analysis showed that the location and Stage were each significant parameter of No. 10 LN metastasis (P = 0.003 and P = 0.006, respectively).
