Upper abdominal magnetic resonance imaging with magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography (January 2022, May 2023, November 2025): Imaging revealed post-resection absence of the left hepatic lobe and gallbladder, along with mild intrahepatic biliary dilatation. A rim-enhancing lesion with perilesional hyperperfusion was observed adjacent to the right hepatic hilum, consistent with an inflammatory process. Overall features supported cirrhosis and splenomegaly. Follow-up studies (2023, 2025) showed progressive enlargement of the abnormal perfusion area compared to the initial 2022 study.
