Images show a lobulated arterially enhancing lesion (arrow in A) in the left lobe of the liver involving segment III with a hypodense central scar (arrows in D and F). The scar shows washout on venous and delayed phases (arrows in B and C). Attenuated left portal vein is seen (asterisk in E) suggesting a tumor thrombus.
