Change in body mass index (BMI) =BMI at pretransplantation - BMI at diagnosis. All lymphocyte subsets and inflammatory factors were measured at pretransplant baseline. Multivariate model inclusion criteria: Standard baseline covariates with univariate P < 0.1; for lymphocyte subset variables (core exposure of interest), univariate P < 0.2 was used for entry.
