Figure 1 Expression of NGX6 in colorectal carcinoma and its corresponding normal tissues was examined by RT-PCR. The RT-PCR products with NGX6 primers produced 780 bp frag-ments and GAPDH primers produced 466 bp fragments. Lane M, DL-2000 marker; Lane N, normal tissues; Lane C, colorectal carcinoma tissues. This figure showed the representative re-sults from several individual patients.
