Rat pancreatic acini were incubated with either 1 × 10^-5 mol/L CCh or 5 × 10^-6 mol/L SA (I) in adding different concentration of atropine medium. After 30 min, the incubation stopped and the content of amylase in the supernatant was assayed. The values represent the ^-x±s from 4 separate experiments. ^aP < 0.05,
