Rat pancreatic acini were incubated with either 1 × 10^-9 mol/L CCk-8 or 5 × 10^-6 mol/L SA (I) in adding different concentrations of Bt₂-cGMP medium. After 30 min, the incubation was stopped and the content of amylase in the supernatant was assayed. The values represented the ^-x±s from 4 separate experiments.
