Transplantation of human hepatocytes into tolerized genetically immunocompetent rats

Fifteen SD fetal rats were tolerized with Huh7 cells. Ten newborn rats were subsequently transplanted with Huh7 cells on d1 after birth, and the rest were not transplanted.
