The migration and invasion of HepG2 showed best result in the group of 25 nmol/L triptolide combined 100 μmol/L quercetin; B: The numbers of migrational cell. It showed the combinational group had statistically significant difference compared with other groups after 12 hours treatment; C: The numbers of invasional cell. The combinational group had statistically significant difference compared with control group and quercetin group after 24 hours treatment, meanwhile the P value is low compared to triptolide (P = 0.058). The tests were performed at least three independent parallel experiments. Data was presented as means ± SE of three independent experiments. aP < 0.05. TP: Triptolide; QU: Quercetin.
