A parsimonious multivariable Cox proportional hazards model was constructed based on clinical relevance and univariable screening. Composite inflammatory indices were not simultaneously included due to potential collinearity. The proportional hazards assumption was assessed graphically. CD: Crohn’s disease; NLR: Neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio.
