Figure 2 A computed tomography scan demonstrates a fistula between the gallbladder and the bulbus and a large impacted stone in the bulbus. In addition, it shows the Rigler’s triad: A dilated stomach, pneumobilia, and a radio-opaque shadow suggesting an enteric gallstone.
