Criteria 1: Chronic liver disease

Criteria 2: A-aDO2 ≥ 15 mmHg[7,72], or ≥ 20 mmHg[52], or ≥ to the age-adjusted value^1[73]

Criteria 3: intrapulmonary vascular dilatation at CE-TTE[7] or ^99mTcMAA[7]
