Vomiting	Abdominal pain
Polydipsia/polyuria	Encephalopathy
Elevated bilirubin	Hypoglycaemia
Elevated uric acid	Leucocytosis
Ascites or bright liver on US	Elevated transaminases
Elevated ammonia	Renal impairment
Coagulopathy	Microvesicular steatosis on liver biopsy
