Figure 7 Change in serum cytokines. Cytokines interleukin (IL)-4 (A) and IL-10 (B) significantly increased at 24 h in the omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acid (ω-3 PUFA) group after partial hepatectomy, while IL-6 (C), and tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α (D) significantly decreased at 18 h and 24 h after operation in the ω-3 PUFA group. ^aP < 0.05, ^bP < 0.01 vs control group.
