Anti-tumor effect of 5-aza-2'-deoxycytidine by inhibiting telomerase activity in hepatocellular carcinoma cells

Figure 1 Effect of 5-aza-2’-deoxycitidine on telomerase activity in human hepatocellular carcinoma cell lines SMMC-7721 (A) and HepG2 (B). Cells were incubated with DAC (1 μmol/L, 2 μmol/L or 4 μmol/L).
