CpG, CpG + HBsAg, TNF-α, HBsAg and TNF-α + HBsAg are the different adjuvants on DCs. ^aP＜0.05 using Student’s t test, representing supernatant IL-12p70 levels of DCs from CHB before and after the treatment with different immunologic adjuvants in comparison to control group (PBS).
