Gentiana manshurica Kitagawa prevents acetaminophen-induced acute hepatic injury in mice via inhibiting JNK/ERK MAPK pathway

APAP was given intraperitoneally with a single dose of 300 mg/kg. GM was given orally with a single dose of 200, 100 or 50 mg/kg.
