Figure 3 The endoscopic ultrasonogaphy showed that the papilla of Vater was grossly normal without mucin discharge. However, a cystic tumor (arrow) measuring 4.0 cm x 4.2 cm in size was seen over the pancreatic head. The lining of cysts showed no definite projectile mass and the pancreatic duct was dilated about 0.6 cm in the head and 0.4 cm in the body and tail area.
