Figure 1 Hypermethylation of sFRP genes in colorectal tissues. Tumor samples showed unmethylated (U) and methylted (m) bands, but normal tissues (N) showed only unmethylated bands. The in vitro methylated DNA (IVD) serves as a positive control of methylated sFRP genes.
