Table 1 Indices of the respiration activity (nmol O2/min/106 cells) in freshly isolated hepatocytes (controls) and cold preserved hepatocytes 72 h in UW solution without ATP (a-group) or with 10 mmol/L ATP (c-group). The cells from the different groups were resuspended and incubated at 37 °C for 120 min in KHR. Respiratory activity was determined at time 0, 60 and 120 min Data are expressed as the mean±SD for three separate preparations.
