Stage II_E	Penetration of serosa to involve adjacent ‘structures’:
	Enumerate actual site of involvement, e.g. stage II_E
	(pancreas), stage II_E (large intestine), stage II_E
	(post-abdominal wall)
	Perforation/peritonitis
Stage IV	Disseminated extranodal involvement or a
