In 2016, the World Journal of Orthopedics (WJO) has published the 9th issue which containing 13 articles contributed by scientists worldwide. Among these comprehensive articles are (1) “Return to sports after shoulder arthroplasty”, a Review by Christine C Johnson, MD, et al from the Department of Sports Medicine and Shoulder Surgery, Hospital for Special Surgery, United States; (2) “Attitudes and diagnostic practice in low back pain: A qualitative study amongst Greek and British physiotherapists”, an Original Article by Evdokia Billis, Assistant Professor, et al from Department of Physical Therapy, Technological Educational Institute of Western Greece, Greece; and (3) “Compartment syndrome following total knee replacement: A case report and literature review”, a Case Report by Mohamed Sukeik, MD, MRCSEd, PGA, et al from Department of Trauma and Orthopaedics, Queens Hospital, United Kingdom, etc. We invite you to peruse all 13 articles in this issue, as they present the latest research progress/findings and provide insightful comments in orthopedics that will guide basic research and clinical practice in these fields.
