Figure 4 A lipoma-like lesion characterized by a leaf-like pattern aggregate of mature adipocytes separated by fibrous septa. This was classified as atypical lipomatous tumor/well-differentiated liposarcoma (hematoxylin and eosin staining: × 100 and × 400).
