After the patient’s signs and symptoms resolved, a high-resolution computed tomography scan of the chest was performed on February 25, 2020, which showed that the ground-glass shadowing in both lower lobes, and the streaky or coarse reticular pattern opacities were further significantly improved (orange arrows).
