Figure 2 Computed tomography Images of crazy paving. 70-year and 55-year men admitted to the emergency room presenting fever, cough and worsening dyspnea. Chest computed tomography showed confluent and predominantly patchy ground glass opacities with pronounced peripheral distribution and interlobular and intralobular septal thickening (crazy paving pattern), in right upper lobe and right lower lobe, respectively (orange arrows).
