Figure 2 Histopathological features of Kaposi sarcoma (hematoxylin and eosin staining, × 200). Slit-like vascular spaces containing extravasated erythrocytes are observed, surrounded by proliferating spindle cells, consistent with the characteristic pathological features of Kaposi sarcoma.
