Figure 4 Immunohistochemistry. The tumor cells showed diffuse positivity for cytokeratin (CK) 7 and negativity for cytokeratin 5/6, P63, P40, and thyroid transcription factor-1. The Kiel 67 proliferation index of tumor cells in hotspots were relatively high. CK: Cytokeratin; TTF-1: Thyroid transcription factor-1.
