Figure 1 Chest X-ray of our patient showing the intra-aortic balloon pump + Veno-arterial extra corporeal membrane oxygenation placement. One extra corporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) drainage cannula can be seen in the right atrium/superior vena cava. The other ECMO drainage cannula (for unloading the left ventricle) is shown in the left atrium.
