A: The Cmax of afatinib 30 mg daily in patients with NRF was 16.3 ng/mL, while the Cmax of afatinib 40 mg daily in patients with was NRF 25.2 ng/mL. The Cmax of afatinib 30 mg daily in patients with HD was 13.4 ± 6.2 ng/mL on day 1 and 51.7 ± 23.8 ng/mL on day 10; B: The Ctrough of afatinib 30 mg daily in patients with NRF was 15.1 ng/mL, while the Ctrough of afatinib 40 mg daily in patients with NRF was 26 ng/mL. The Ctrough of afatinib 30 mg daily in patients with HD was 4.5 ± 2.3 ng/mL on day 1 and 28.3 ± 9.0 ng/mL on day 11.
