Figure 6 The String database was used to predict the effects of solute carrier family 2 member 1, solute carrier family 2 member 2, and frequently altered adjacent genes expression changes on functions and pathways. A: The protein-protein interaction networks of solute carrier family 2 member 1 (SLC2A1), solute carrier family 2 member 2 (SLC2A2), and their neighbor genes in the String database were constructed, which contained 22 nodes and 107 edges.
