Figure 2 Autoimmune pancreatitis was significantly improved after two month steroid therapy. A and B: Computed tomography and esophagogastroduodenoscopy showed the improvement of swelling pancreas,obstructed splenic vein, splenomegaly (A) and gastric varices with positive red-color sign (B).
