The model included five clinically relevant variables: Human leukocyte antigen mismatches (continuous), glomerular filtration rate < 60 at 4 months, sensitizing events prior to transplantation, antithymocyte globulin dose, and donor-specific antibody (DSA) presence. ATG: Antithymocyte globulin; DSA: Donor-specific antibody; eGFR: Estimated glomerular filtration rate; HLA: Human leukocyte antigen; OR: Odds ratio.
