Intraoperative findings included. A: The right bladder diverticulum with a latex catheter balloon in place for demonstration; B: The left bladder diverticulum sac fully dissected and mobilised into the bladder cavity; C: Bladder wall closure; D: Enucleated 300 g prostatic adenoma.
