Net benefit calculation: Net Benefit = true positive rate - [false positive rate × (threshold probability/(1 - threshold probability)]. The net benefit is 0 when all patients receive treatment and also 0 when none receive treatment. Within the threshold probability range of 0.2-0.8, the net benefit of the combined predictor was significantly higher than that of any single factor (all P < 0.05, verified by Bootstrap method).
