Statistically significant increases were observed for interferon gamma and interleukin-6 during the 15-day period. Statistically significant decreases as compared to baseline were observed for vascular endothelial growth factor, interleukin-8, and regulated upon activation, normal T-cell expressed and secreted during the 15-day period.
