Singly-phosphorylated and nonphosphorylated forms of peptides encompassing the Ser18 residue (S18) were analysed and compared to the non-phosphorylated normalization control peptide of Ankrd54, before and after phorbol 12-myristate 13-acetate stimulation (1 µmol/L, 1 h), of immunoprecipitated Ankrd54. ND: Not detected.
