Histopathological percentages were calculated using only procedures in which at least one biopsy specimen was obtained (gastroenterology, n = 6520; general surgery, n = 1269). Procedures without biopsy were excluded from histopathological outcome calculations. Group comparisons were performed using the χ² test.
