The bar chart displays quality of life functional domain scores using the European Organisation for Research and Treatment of Cancer Quality of Life Questionnaire. Higher scores indicate better functioning. The nutritional risk-guided intervention group (blue bars, n = 40) outperformed the conventional group (orange bars, n = 40) across all functional domains: Overall quality of life (72.8 ± 8.4 vs 61.5 ± 9.7), physical functioning (78.6 ± 7.2 vs 68.9 ± 8.5).
