Data are presented as n (%), mean ± SD or median (interquartile range). Categorical variables were compared using the χ² test or Fisher’s exact test; continuous variables using Student’s t test or the Mann-Whitney U test. Recurrence was assessed only in polyps with available 6-month surveillance colonoscopy results (n = 158; cold forceps polypectomy: 80/84; cold forceps polypectomy-narrow-band imaging-flush: 78/86). All other outcomes were assessed in all resected polyps (n = 170), unless otherwise specified.
