Application of enhanced recovery after surgery in perioperative care of infants and children with Hirschsprung disease

The incidence of enterocolitis did not differ between the two groups, and the risk of ileus was not significant; however, perianal dermatitis and defecation dysfunction were lower in the enhanced recovery after surgery group than in the control group (P < 0.05).
