Pancreatic cell-derived miR-375-3p is delivered to hepatocytes via exosomes, leading to reduced glycogenesis. miR-375-3p inhibits the AKT/GSK signaling pathway by targeting Rbpj, thereby impairing hepatocyte glycogenesis.
