Dr. Marcello Maida attended the medical school at University of Palermo, where he graduated. He is a Associate Professor of Gastroenterology at University of Enna 'Kore' Italy, and member of the steering committee of the Italian Society of Gastroenterology (SIGE). Prof. Maida’s research interests include several areas of gastroenterology, in particular endoscopy, gastrointestinal oncology and liver diseases.
